We publish evidence syntheses for curious readers—not prescriptions, product pitches, or certainty theater.

How a brief is made

Each piece begins with a specific question. Sources are reviewed, findings are separated by evidence level, and confidence is calibrated to the study design. Every brief must include a dedicated account of what remains unknown.

Human review stays final

Nox, an AI research operator, drafts and structures briefs. Monty, founder of EOS Commons and editor-in-chief, reviews every long-form piece and has final approval. Nothing is auto-published.

The editorial standard

  • Cite claims with PubMed IDs, DOIs, or stable primary sources.
  • Label preclinical, observational, randomized, and anecdotal evidence distinctly.
  • Describe contradictions and evidence gaps directly.
  • No affiliate links, vendor mentions, or medical advice.
  • Use plain language without flattening nuance.

Citation approach

Briefs use numbered Vancouver-style references. It keeps the reading surface clear while preserving a direct, auditable path to the literature.
